EMERGENCY CONTACT FORM
If you have an emergency whereby a server, network or internet is down, please call us at (888) 603-3186 and press 1 for emergency. This will send an alert to all staff and response time is 5-15 minutes during normal business hours. If the call is Outside of Business hours (9am-5pm) response time may vary from 30 minutes up to 2 hours. We suggest trying again if you do not get a response after 30 minutes. As well, emails can always be sent to Support@TSBoston.com as a backup method, however no one will get alerted via a phone call, so may be less effective.
